3D seems to be the main buzzword of 2010, at least so far. It’s amazing how many studios are working so hard to have all of their projects made or in some cases re made in 3D. Avatar and How To Train Your Dragon are setting the bar for the ultimate movie going experience. That is exactly what these movies are, experiences. I think that 3D and Stereoscopic design is revolutionizing the industry and also in my opinion saving the film and entertainment industry. I am not sure if this will transfer over to the small screen, I am sure like anything else the 3D televisions will catch on and everyone will get one or two!

I truly believe that 3D VFX and Animation are changing all types of projects. I work for VFX studio that specializes in having the best high end effects for the advertising industry. Please check out some of our work and also read my blog that focuses on Animation and VFX at www.boogiestudio.com.

as a regular pc 3d stereo gamer for some time, going back to regular 2d graphics on the xbox 360 is often disappointing. I wear shutter glasses that don't affect me in negative ways, its really worth the experience especially when playing games projected at 100 inches, with life size enemies in fps's, simply overwhelming.
Still a price tag on the extra equipment needed for 3d stereo viewing but becoming very reasonable for the standard consumer to get involved. Head over to www.mtbs3d.com for all things 3d stereo gaming related.
Cheers
